The appeal of some home-grown fortifications plonked down among the aquarium plants is real. The opportunity for amphibious action always excites my desire, too.

I posit a campaign with each player the Govenor of an island, a pirate cheiftain or a native leader; bi-monthly turns; loose structures; viciously arbitrary umpiring and; an emphasis on story-telling.

It's a tasty thought. I'll umpire it if there is sufficient interest.

Who wants a go?

GregBloggeratorhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15501347647235993401noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-15312232.post-2837737520663218412009-08-20T10:52:31.257+10:002009-08-20T10:52:31.257+10:00There's always one isn't there?

Have you considered extending your SYW gaming to the West Indies? Lot's of potential for european style stone fortifications (and jungle, sugar plantations, banana trees...and you'll need a navy...). cheers.DChttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09872820354048836577noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-15312232.post-29922318227353726482009-08-13T14:18:13.561+10:002009-08-13T14:18:13.561+10:00She always waits until I've finished. She always waits until I've finished.Bloggeratorhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15501347647235993401noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-15312232.post-37869646606428903792009-08-13T10:42:37.871+10:002009-08-13T10:42:37.871+10:00hee hee :-D

It's just the sort of thing I've been thinking of and experimenting with here, though not to completion. May I simply copy your design? I'll need something like this for my (eventual) Sittangbad set-up. Nice looking work there.

Best Regards,

StokesWSTKS-FM Worldwidehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14173042438761572040noreply@blogger.com
