The Skrine book, "Fontenoy and Great Britain's Share in the War of the Austrian Succession" is an excellent source for battle information for the campaigns between Britain and France in the Low Countries. A reprint was done by Terry Wise in the early 1990s. The book is still available from Ken Trotman books in the UK and On Military Matters books in the US.
I've just taken a look and at the moment it's a bit pricey for me. I picked up a copy of Reed Browning's "The War of the Austrian Succession" for $US1.00 today via Bookfinder. That will have to serve my curiosity until I've fattened the Credit Card a little!
